Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) Study

Do you know if your gauging system is rejecting good product, resulting in unnecessary costs or worse, accepting non conforming product.  A gauge R&R study is an effective methodology to calculate gauge variation. It calculates the % of variation that the gauging system is contributing to the overall process variation, with a maximum of 10% permitted to ensure the gauge is fit for purpose.
This short, cost effective program will provide you with the knowledge and skillset to conduct a gauge R&R study per AIAG guidelines and interpret the results including Total Gauge R&R %, Repeatability % and Reproducibility %. As a result, you will be able to statistically predict gauging system performance.

Program Cost: €280.00 per person                          Program Duration:  1 Day
