Terms and Conditions

A full payment of €1,750.00 is required on confirmation of booking.
In the event that the client is unable to attend and therefore cancel training, the following apply

Full fee returned if written cancellation is provided seven or more days before training
20% of fee is returned to client if written cancellation is provided within 7 to 1 day before training. This would be a refund of €350.00 per individual delegate cancellation .
No fee returned in the event that client does not attend on day of training.

Postponement of training to an alternative date will be facilitated when 7 or more days written notice is provided to Crystal Business Solutions. The fee will be held by Crystal Business Solutions as payment of the rescheduled program date.
Crystal Business Solutions reserve the right to cancel training with full fees refunded.
